Refund Policy

At La Sérénité, we've designed each product to deliver the best possible results transparently. We're confident you'll love our products as much as we do. However, if you do wish to return a product, rest assured, we've made the process as easy as possible. Simply reach out to us, and we'll take care of everything for you.

We offer refunds/replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong shipment
  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an expired product

In any of the above cases, please raise a return/replacement request within

  • 14 days for incorrectly sent products
  • 48 hours for defective products, from the date of purchase.

Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick up the order from your doorstep.

Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review it. If the issues you described are verified, our team will initiate a refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

If an exchange is not feasible, La Sérénité may issue (i) a credit for the amount of the exchanged products, which may be used to purchase other products.
